The Body by Vi 90 Day Challenge is the fastest growing health challenge in North America. I began my first 90 day challenge in March of 2012 and have had incredible results. Not only have I lost 10 pounds, and kept them off for over 6 months, I've taken 14 minutes off my half marathon race time, I feel amazing. I have way more energy, sleep better, and have a more positive sense of well-being.
