This week is shaping up to be very busy, but I am hoping I can fit in all of my workouts this week! The weather is supposed to be pretty good too!

Wednesday ~ Cycle 3 hours, moderate
Thursday ~ Hiking 5 hours, moderate
Friday ~ Run 45 minutes, pace
Saturday ~ Run 90 minutes, easy
Sunday ~ Cycle 4 hours, easy
