The rain is back, and it looks like it's staying for the week, so I'll be back indoors for most of my workouts. Here is the tentative schedule for this week.
Monday ~ Yoga / Cycle 30 minutes, fast
Tuesday ~ Yoga / Run 60 minutes, pace
Wednesday ~ Cycle 60 minutes, moderate
Thursday ~ Snowshoe 2 hours, moderate
Friday ~ Yoga / Run 70 minutes, easy
Saturday ~ Run 40 minutes, pace
Sunday ~ Cycle 3 hours, moderate
