Saturday Shake-Up ~ May 12th

Beginning today, I have decided to run a little weekly feature on my blog entitled "Saturday Shake-up." Each Saturday, I will post my favorite 90 Day Challenge shake recipe of the week. So without further ado, here is the first shake-up recipe!


Banana Avocado Smoothie
1 fresh banana
1/2 fresh avocado
8 oz nonfat milk
2 scoops ViSalus shake mix
4 ice cubes

Toss everything into the blender, blend away and enjoy!

Nutritional Info: 232 Calories, 38g carbs, 11.9g dietary fiber, 6g fat, 22g protein.
